A robust and fast-growing species, well suited to both display and breeding setups. Known for its unique variety of markings making each individual different, this species establishes quickly under the right conditions.
Each individual varies in the amount of black markings making them an interesting species to breed.
While this species will burrow they tend to spend most of their time on the surface and burrowing when spooked so provide enough substrate for this.
They will feed on a variety of fruits, vegetables and dry flake foods.
